| Serve Outdoors partners with MidAmerican Energy to honor our veterans! MidAmerican Energy owns 1600 acres of land adjacent to their power generating station near Muscatine, Iowa. This was the site of a Serve Outdoors deer hunt on September 26th, 2009. This hunt was for disabled veterans only as a way to show our appreciation for their service to our country. The hunters were guided by MidAmerican employees. Funds from the Wal Mart Foundation were used to help pay event expenses. Thank you to the Wal Mart employees in Muscatine for their help in obtaining these funds! |
