Serve Outdoors partners with MidAmerican Energy to honor our veterans!

MidAmerican Energy hosted the 2011 Veterans Honor Hunt adjacent to their power generating station near Muscatine,
Iowa.  This hunt was for disabled veterans only as a way to show our appreciation for their service to our country.  
The hunters were guided by MidAmerican employees.
Ralph Burns is a National Guardsman and Army
Reservist from Muscatine, Iowa.  
He was guided by Randy Gipple and Joe Conaway at
the Veterans Honor Hunt in 2010.

John lost a leg in the line of duty.

from Muscatine, IA
was a US Army
medic in Viet Nam.

The buck had more good legs than both of the hunters
combined..... but they still got him!!!
